The first in a series of writing workshops, organised by the Croatian History Group in South Australia, was held on Friday, 22 November 2024, in the library at The Croatian Club Adelaide. Participants received a handout with suggestions for researching and writing about their group or organisation, aimed at contributing content to the commemorative book publication.

Another handout provided tips for writing mini-biographies, which several individuals are preparing for inclusion on a yet-to-be-launched South Australian Croatian short biography website. Subsequent workshops have been held and will continue until all writing contributors have had an opportunity to participate.

These workshops aim to encourage community members to document their unique stories and preserve their cultural heritage for future generations.
