Scope of the Conference  

The conference will explore Croatian history through the lens of The Croatian Club Adelaide, focusing on its 75-year journey and its role in preserving traditions, supporting community initiatives, and shaping local life. It will also examine the migration stories that led to the club’s formation. A key feature will be the launch of the commemorative book Celebrating 75 Years of The Croatian Club Adelaide, highlighting its rich legacy and lasting achievements. 

 

Conference Objectives 

  • Historical Preservation: Provide a platform to document and discuss key historical narratives and contributions of the South Australian Croatian community 

  • Community Engagement: Foster dialogue and connections among community members, scholars, and stakeholders
